Stepnow aims to bring about global actions that will raise awareness of spinal cord injury and encourage support for a cure for paralysis.

Step 1 - our first plan of action - was a Global Mailing to government leaders in 40 countries, which took place on October 4th 2006.
Since then we have carried out several other campaigns - the most recent being Step 7 in June 2007, an address from all our members worldwide to President Bush urging him NOT to veto the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act (S.5).
